Sales & lead tracking · Private workspaces

Track every week.
See the bigger picture.

Know what your campaigns delivered—not just what they spent. Track sales ROAS or cost per lead in a private workspace, save weekly reports, and compare performance over time. Start with CSV uploads today; automatic Meta reporting is coming soon.

01 / Organise

One account.
One workspace.

Keep Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts separate, with their own currency, reporting basis and targets.

02 / Record

Add a report
every week.

Upload a CSV, review its figures and save a dated snapshot. Add new weeks to the same workspace to build your history.

03 / Review

Track the outcome.
Choose your goal.

For sales, review spend, revenue and ROAS. For leads, review lead volume and cost per lead. Compare complete periods using the same event and attribution settings.

Two ways to build your history

Upload your reports. Or connect Meta when available.

Weekly CSV uploads · Available now

Export your campaign figures, arrange them using the workspace template, and upload a report each week. Works with Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms when you supply compatible data.

You control what you upload. Keep a dated snapshot, compare periods and download your history.

Connect Meta · Coming soon

The planned connection will let you authorise read-only access and choose your ad account. Once configured and approved, it will collect weekly campaign statistics into your private workspace.

Facebook sign-in and ad-account access are separate permissions. You will still be able to use weekly uploads without connecting Meta.

Planned weekly performance review

From results to your next actions.

  1. A weekly performance snapshot

Review spend, purchase revenue and ROAS for sales campaigns, or lead volume and cost per lead for lead campaigns.

  2. An email summary you choose to receive

The planned weekly email will highlight changes, target performance and any missing or delayed data, with a link to your private report.

  3. An audit and a suggested action plan

We plan to pass the weekly results into the Paid Ads Auditor to flag areas to investigate and suggest prioritised next steps. Recommendations will be for your review; the tool will not change campaigns or budgets automatically.

Meta syncing, scheduled performance emails and automatic auditor handoff are not active yet. They depend on Meta permissions and completed integration testing. Manual reporting is available now.

A simple weekly routine

From campaign export to useful history.

  1. Sign in with Google, Facebook or a verified email account.

Your workspaces are associated with your account. Other visitors cannot browse them or download your reports.

  2. Create a workspace for one ad account.

Add a recognisable name, account reference, platform and currency. Record the attribution window and timezone used by your ad reports.

  3. Add your weekly report.

Export campaign totals for a complete week, then put them into the tracker’s goal-specific CSV template. Review the preview before saving. Use a new date range each week.

  4. Review performance and keep the evidence.

Select a date range, compare like-for-like periods and download a summary. Open Weekly report history whenever you need the figures from an earlier upload.

What to include in your report

CSV columnWhat to enter
start_date / end_dateThe reporting period, in YYYY-MM-DD format. For daily rows, use the same date twice.
campaignA stable, recognisable campaign name. Keep the same spelling across weeks.
spendAd spend for that campaign and period in the workspace currency.
revenue (sales template)Revenue attributed using the same scope and settings as the spend. Enter zero only when it is known.
conversions / leadsUse conversions in the sales template and leads in the five-column leads template. Keep the same outcome each week; leave blank when unknown. Lead reports do not require revenue.

Use one reporting level. Including both an account total and its campaign rows would count the same spend twice. Native platform exports may need rearranging into the template; PDFs, screenshots and Excel workbooks are not supported.

Exact duplicate records are skipped. Conflicting or overlapping dates for the same campaign are rejected for review. A weekly record is included in a date filter only when the entire week fits inside that range.

What the numbers mean

Ad-attributed ROAS

Attributed revenue ÷ ad spend. An illustrative report with 4,000 in attributed revenue and 1,000 in spend has a ROAS of 4×. That is revenue—not profit or proof that advertising caused every sale.

Business-wide MER

Actual total business revenue ÷ total advertising spend. Use a separate business-wide workspace, with one Business total row per period. Never add revenue claimed by different platforms together to estimate business revenue.

Your target and break-even point

Set a target using your own business economics. An optional contribution margin estimates the return needed to cover variable costs and ads; it excludes overhead and taxes.

Cost per lead

Spend ÷ leads. Lead workspaces show CPL only when lead counts are complete and above zero. Set a maximum CPL target; lower cost meets the target, but lead quality still matters. Choose one event, such as instant-form leads or website leads, and never add overlapping lead totals together.

Before you start

Who can see my workspaces?

The website checks your signed-in account before reading, saving or downloading workspace data. Other visitors cannot access it. Firebase handles authentication; SW SOFTTECH stores the workspace records on its hosting infrastructure. Sign out on shared devices and protect your account credentials.

Will my weekly reports update automatically?

Currently, upload each new report or add records manually. An optional Meta connection with weekly syncing, opt-in performance emails and an auditor action plan is planned. It is not active yet. Signing in with Facebook alone will not connect an ad account.

Can I return from another device?

Yes. Sign in with the same account to load your saved workspaces. Wait for a successful save before closing the page. If another tab changes the data, reload the saved history before retrying your edit.

What exactly is saved from my CSV?

The imported campaign figures are saved as a dated report snapshot. You can download those imported figures later. The original file layout and unused columns are not archived. Editing active records does not rewrite a past snapshot.

Are there limits?

The tracker is free to use, with up to 30 workspaces, 3,000 active records per workspace, 1.5 MB of active account data and 100 archived reports per account. Each CSV upload must be under 2 MB. Export the history you need before removing an old workspace and its reports.

What happened to my browser-only workspaces?

After signing in, open Import an older backup or browser workspace. Review the data before importing it into your account. Only import data you own or are authorised to manage. The old browser copy is not automatically removed.

Does a higher ROAS always mean better performance?

No. Consider margin, total sales, customer quality, attribution differences and conversion delays. A smaller campaign can have a higher ratio while producing less total value. Compare complete periods and investigate the reasons behind a change.

Need a quick calculation or a second opinion?

The standalone calculator handles a single return ratio without an account. If you need help interpreting campaign performance, you can request a consultation. Reports are not automatically attached to consultation requests.
