Content & evidence standards.
Facts, examples and recommendations
Our marketing content should distinguish verifiable platform information from recommendations. Platform-specific claims should link to relevant original documentation or research. Recommendations depend on a business’s market, budget, data and resources. Hypothetical examples and sample plans are labeled as illustrative.
Understanding case-study results
Case studies describe supplied project experience. Reporting windows, currencies and the scope of a metric matter: form leads are not appointments, attributed revenue is not profit, and a short comparison is not evidence of sustained performance. Some projects document work delivered without numerical results. We do not fill those gaps with invented figures.
Publisher and authorship
Articles carrying the SW SOFTTECH byline are organization-published content. That byline does not imply a named independent reviewer. Where an individual author or reviewer is identified, their involvement should be genuine and their relevant background explained.
Dates and changing platform features
Blog pages display a publication date and, when applicable, an update date. Platform features and eligibility can change; linked official documentation should be checked before implementing a recommendation. An update date records a saved revision and is not a promise that every statement has been independently revalidated.

The action-plan builder uses your answers to generate a starting plan. It does not crawl your website, inspect your accounts or forecast revenue. The sales calculator computes ratios from your entries; those figures do not prove attribution or profit.
